  1. Accept payments with Moneris

    We want to use Moneris for receiving payments, and adding this pay function with our current set up account would save the hassle of managing multiple payment 'gateways'

  2. Google calendar time integration with Xero Projects

    I'm encouraging my clients to use Xero Projects to better understand profitability by job/client. It would be great to get an input feed from Google calendar (much like a bank feed) that would allow them to allocate their time to projects.

    Currently the biggest form of resistance is not wanting yet another task of time tracking.

    Is there any response yet to synchronizing G Suite contacts, with customers in Xero?

    It must be a simple thing to do, without all the CRM "Pay for nothing" apps out there. - All many of us need to do is to prevent ongoing double entry for customer contact details in G Suite and Xero.

  5. Provide Endpoint for Business Directory Database

    We use a proprietary system for managing jobs which then pushes invoices through to Xero on completion. We would like to be able to utilize the single source of truth feature enabled by the business directory built into Xero so that when we add a new customer through our software all the fields are populated same as in Xero and that data can also be pushed through to Xero so that the customers credit score shows up.   7. Export general ledger to CaseWare to allow for my accountant to build financial statements from my bookkeeping with Xero

    To reduce the time my accountant has to handle my books, by reposting summary into their accounting software for financial statements at year. have the GL export to the software as SAGE currently does.

  12. a Drop shipping feature for all my sales. We don't always get tracking information for our orders.

    We want a way to control our product sales, after our clients pay for them. We want a way to track and send delivery information to our clients so they know when to expect their products to arrive. If there was a way to tie in this feature to see our sales from start to finish it would make our customer relationships stronger, and us more in control of our products start to finish, which makes our company more reliable to work with.

  13. Integration with ServiceNow

    It would be great to to have some integration with ServiceNow (www.servicenow.com). For instance, syncing, or automated creation of new user records within ServiceNow, when a new employee is added in Xero, or the other way around, new users added in ServiceNow automatically sets them up as users on the payroll in Xero. There are many other possibilities as ServiceNow very feature rich.

    26 countries in Europe have adopted SEPA for cashless payments. Bringing SEPA integration to Xero (batch) payments would remove a major hurdle to the wider adoption of Xero in Europe. With 500 million people an interesting market. Coders arise!

    Syncronize with the pension schemes listed in HMRC to make easier managing all payrolls and also pension payments, info and or correspondece.

  19. OneLogin

    OneLogin SAML login so that eligible employees don't have multiple passwords. It also helps because if we need to cancel access to everything, we can disable their Onelogin account and cancel access to Xero at the same time.
