Provide Integration with Google Apps (single sign on)
Many apps are providing integration with google apps. It would be nice to be able to have Xero added to my list.

Integrate with bill.com in the US. Bill.com is allowing us to take our clients paperless and online.
Bill.com gives us the ability to take our clients' full business process into the clouds. At the same time, we can make them paperless. It really works great for small to medium-sized businesses. However, bill.com synchs with QuickBooks, and NOT Xero. Adding this capability would further enhance our Xero offerings in the US! Thanks for all you guys do!

Integrate with Shoeboxed.com so users can match receipts to transactions
Shoeboxed.com allows users to scan in or mail in receipts, and it automatically parses and categorizes the receipts. It would be awesome to be able to match up receipts with transactions downloaded from our banks.

Since your budgeting tool is, let's say ... just there, I would suggest to consider integration with osmeone who have it done professionally already. Like www.pocketsmith.com or www.pulseapp.com
Cash Flow management is most crucial part of business and I am surprised how often many apps are missing this part.
Pocketsmith is in NZ so it should be easier.

Integrate with Autotask (IT PSA System - www.autotask.com)
Autotask integrates with Quickbooks in the USA which is its biggest market. Autotask is currently gaining a lot of traction around the world as a purely Cloud based IT Management solution for IT Companies worldwide.
It would be great to have the invoicing from Autotask integrated into Xero invoicing the same way it does with Quickbooks.
