Integrate with Paycycle, an Intuit US-Based Payroll System
Intuit is one of the largest and most ubiquitous business software companies in the US, providing solid business financial software through QuickBooks. And now, they have recently purchased PayCycle, a solid online payroll system that synchs with QuickBooks directly. Adding this capability to Xero would really enhance it's offerings in the US.

To be clear, Xero cannot integrate with payroll systems that don’t have API’s (that would be all the US payroll providers!). We have however, been busy working with anyone who will work with us on providing an integrated payroll solution with Xero, and we are delighted to announce ADP RUN has now integrated with Xero: http://blog.xero.com/2012/07/integrating-adp-pay-run-with-xero/

iZettle integration
Hi ! It might be useful to have the integration to "iZettle" (www.izettle.com) into Xero. iZettle is a new payment system based on a credit cards reader, directly on Smart phones (like iPhone/iPad), in other words payments in any place, for privates or businesses. It's working in Scandinavia and launching in the UK and seems to be dedicated to reach all Europe...

Integration with WHMCS
www.whmcs.com is a very popular online billing system for web hosts and software licensing. An integration between the two would be great. They already integrate with KashFlow so xero.com integration would be a logical addition to them.
