Please let us know here what products you’d like to see integrated with Xero. In most cases, Xero won’t be able to build an integration ourselves, but if it receives enough votes, we will make contact with the other product and see what we can do.

  3. Pension scheme

    Syncronize with the pension schemes listed in HMRC to make easier managing all payrolls and also pension payments, info and or correspondece.

  5. Provide Endpoint for Business Directory Database

    We use a proprietary system for managing jobs which then pushes invoices through to Xero on completion. We would like to be able to utilize the single source of truth feature enabled by the business directory built into Xero so that when we add a new customer through our software all the fields are populated same as in Xero and that data can also be pushed through to Xero so that the customers credit score shows up.     Is there any response yet to synchronizing G Suite contacts, with customers in Xero?

    It must be a simple thing to do, without all the CRM "Pay for nothing" apps out there. - All many of us need to do is to prevent ongoing double entry for customer contact details in G Suite and Xero.

  7. A booking / appointment software merged with Xero

    A system linked to Xero where small businesses who are mobile or not that can manage their customer appointments, have reminders emailed or sms to customers. Have an option to pre-populate bookings in advance of the same service. Once a booking is confirmed, have an option of job completed and send invoice. Customers are also able to log in to view their next appointment or reschedule. I found a website that has this function - www.gettimely.com.

  8. Cardholder Not Present Payment or Over the Phone Payments

    I miss not being able to take over the phone payments like I could in KashFlow:
    https://www.kashflow.com/apps/stripe
    Apparently, the Stripe API allows Kashflow to provide a payment form for invoices so the KashFlow user can take CNP payments.
    The only workaround available, now we are using Xero, is to log in to the Stripe Dashboard and make an 'exceptional' CNP transaction. Not something I would want to encourage.

  9. Flag contacts that have valid GoCardless mandates

    I love the GoCardless integration but it would be very helpful for Xero to flag if a contact has a valid GC mandate in place. This is helpful for applying the right invoice template for example.

  10. Purchase Invoice Discounts

    It would be a useful feature to be able to discount a purchase invoice by simply entering the amount or percentage that was discounted when you pay the bill, rather than having to split the bill and then create 'Discounts' in the chart of accounts and code the discount to there.

    Hi, I'm registered for tax on a cash basis rather than an invoice basis, for this reason I need to know what my profit is month to month based on cash rather than invoices and cash.

    PayPal check capture allows scanned checks to be directly deposited in PayPal. Would like the images of the check along with other relevant PayPal transaction info to be accessible from within Xero when these accounts are connected.
