Integrate with Retail Express
Retailexpress.com.au is a cloud based POS system developed here in Australia. It currently exports to MYOB but has no integration with any other accounting platform. This integration would enable all sales journals to directly integrate with Xero including payment types etc... A direct POS->accounting integration.

allow configuration of a custom online payment URL
It would be awesome if Xero allowed you to setup/integrate a custom "online payment gateway".
At the moment, Xero allows you to include a link in your invoices that connects customers/clients to a PayPal page to make a payment.
What would be fantastic is the ability to include these links and accepted cards logos, but with a link to a custom gateway that includes a variable - such as the invoice ID or something.

Integrate with bill.com in the US. Bill.com is allowing us to take our clients paperless and online.
Bill.com gives us the ability to take our clients' full business process into the clouds. At the same time, we can make them paperless. It really works great for small to medium-sized businesses. However, bill.com synchs with QuickBooks, and NOT Xero. Adding this capability would further enhance our Xero offerings in the US! Thanks for all you guys do!

Integrate with Autotask (IT PSA System - www.autotask.com)
Autotask integrates with Quickbooks in the USA which is its biggest market. Autotask is currently gaining a lot of traction around the world as a purely Cloud based IT Management solution for IT Companies worldwide.
It would be great to have the invoicing from Autotask integrated into Xero invoicing the same way it does with Quickbooks.

Many apps are providing integration with google apps. It would be nice to be able to have Xero added to my list.

Integration with WHMCS
www.whmcs.com is a very popular online billing system for web hosts and software licensing. An integration between the two would be great. They already integrate with KashFlow so xero.com integration would be a logical addition to them.
