Integrate with Paycycle, an Intuit US-Based Payroll System
Intuit is one of the largest and most ubiquitous business software companies in the US, providing solid business financial software through QuickBooks. And now, they have recently purchased PayCycle, a solid online payroll system that synchs with QuickBooks directly. Adding this capability to Xero would really enhance it's offerings in the US.

To be clear, Xero cannot integrate with payroll systems that don’t have API’s (that would be all the US payroll providers!). add Payment Reminders for outstanding invoices
Sometimes debtors need to be reminded of an overdue invoice. It'd be nice to have the ability of sending them a reminder from within Xero.

There are currently a number of applications that provide integrations between Xero and Basecamp:

- Zapier (Basecamp): https://zapier.com/zapbook/xero/basecamp/We are not aware of any plans by Basecamp to connect directly to Xero, so we recommend checking out one of the above services.

integrate with bartercard
Bartercard has an international network of SME businesses, NZ AUssie, UK etc many of the markets you already play in.
They provide Banklink a monthly feed so providing one for Xero shouldn't be a stretch.
At the moment my staff manually load the bartercard transactions into Xero because Bartercard do not even have the option to download a csv file.

Integrate with Shoeboxed.com so users can match receipts to transactions
Shoeboxed.com allows users to scan in or mail in receipts, and it automatically parses and categorizes the receipts. It would be awesome to be able to match up receipts with transactions downloaded from our banks.

Mobile apps on IPhone
Hi:
I really think that augmenting the accessibility to IPhone will be a key selling point. At the moment, it is only possible to use IPhone-Xero through the browser - I suggest a dedicated app for IPhone would put Xero on the leading edge as it will give access to performance information to customers at their finger tips. It would also allow them to submit expenses at their finger tips. Finally, it would allow other workflow activities (approvals) to be done much more seamlessly.

Abbey National and Alliance an Leicster Banking Integration
These are two of the most popular banks for SME businesses in the UK. They offer free business banking and so are always going to be more popular than HSBC with this size of business.

Zoho CRM integration.
We use Zoho CRM. It's a great CRM platform targetted at SME businesses. Integration of contacts, accounts and wigets would be extremely useful. They already provide an API.
