  I've been using Mutant Coders solution for Yr and a Half. The product started out with a very basic feature set but worked. They have added some great functionality to it like 2 way contact syncing. They have also added deeper intergration with sub accounts so that you can categorise your income for reporting purposes.   We have been using Connectwise 2 Xero (from Paul MacNeill, Virage IT) for 3 months now. we have just signed a second location with a new xero account as well.

  Works with out any issues once setup. Setup is very easy if you have used the GL stuff in CW in the past.

  Virage IT have been great to work with and it so much better than manualy copy over the inovices one by one.

  Over the past three months, the development of the connectwise2xero application has matured through to a stage where we're confident it's ready to make a difference to more than just our business.

  We are opening a Private Beta Program to select members, who will be able to take advantage of our application in it's current iteration.

  
  About Connectwise 2 Xero
  Connectwise 2 Xero is an easy to use and secure online tool that provides synchronisation from Connectwise into XERO. It will allow you to synchronise detailed invoices, company details, product details, purchase orders* and more.

  The application provides direct integration from the Connectwise Accounting API into XERO, synchronising detailed invoices and purchase orders* through to XERO. Additional data is retrieved from multiple Connectwise API's due to the limited information provided through the Accounting API. Additional info includes Company Details and Product Details.

  We've been focusing on creating a robust and secure syncing solution and so the private beta will not be the most good looking application, we're saving the pretty designs for last. We know however that it's functionality will save you valuable time!

  The following can be achieved with the Private Beta of Connectewise 2 Xero:
  • Multi Level Company (Sync to different XERO Companies)
  • Client Contact information, Name, Address and eMail
  • Detailed Invoices
  • Detailed Purchase Orders, including product detailed descriptions (not even Connectwise has this).
  • Sync Payments applied to XERO Invoices against Connectwise Invoices.
  
  We've also got a few improvements already in the pipeline for future release:
  • Expenses Sync
  • Configuration Items
  • Integrated Member Login for Accounting API Sync
  • Fancy new user interface
  *purchase order sync requires CW Procurement Module.
  This is a pilot program, namely to provide you with the benefits we're experiencing right away. Having used the application now for almost 6 months, we know how much more streamlined it has made our business.

  ConnectWise now has workflows to automatically chase unpaid invoices! Useless without Xero Intergration though

  I understand two companies are working on 3rd party integrations between ConnectWise and Xero. As they are being developed by third parties, I can't make any promises as to ETA, but I will update as soon as one is live.

  Hello Jack and Robert,

  We've developed a solution which integrate Xero and Connectwise. It imports all closed invoices from CW and add them to Xero Drafts for further processing. It then update the payment status back in Connectwise for Paid invoices.
  Besides, it also integrates Companies/Contacts.

  This would make my life so much easier!
  If it was able to work two ways and mark off invoices in Connectwise as paid it would be amazing !!
