   Microsoft suggest using the Magnetism solution to connect Microsoft Power Automate (formally Microsoft Flow): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/xeroaccountingmagnet/

   I actually have implemented this using an external developer. The main issue is or was Flow uses OAuth 2.0 & Xero uses OAuth 1.0..

   A Xero developed and provided API would be much more convenient.
