Since 2015 when the earliest post requesting emergency contact details to be updatable via the API was asked for on the original Xero forum, the following has happened in the world:
* SpaceX Starship (Started 2019, First Orbital Flight 2023) - A fully reusable spacecraft designed for missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond)
* Europa Clipper (Started 2017, Launch 2024) - A NASA mission to explore Jupiter’s moon Europa, with the spacecraft completed and launched by 2025.
* Sydney Metro City & Southwest (Started 2017) - An expansion of Sydney’s metro network, adding new stations and extending the line into the city center.
Governments have changed, presidents come and gone. We experienced a pandemic, were locked down, freed again. Children have grown from babies to almost starting highschool and yet Xero has not added the ability to set emergency contact details via the API.
