Supercontrol is a rapidly expanding software for holiday letting and holiday property management companies. There is a huge gap in market here for an intergrated accounts and bookings package. At present we bank deposit and balance payments from customers booking the cottages, work out by deducting the letting companies fees VAT etc and then making a payment to the cottage owner. This is done manually. Also being able to charge back items such as cleaning etc to the cottage owner. Supercontrol has no way of linking to Zero so a human interface is needed to prepare the list of payments to owners from what has come in from customers letting the properties. Its complicated and time consuming.
