Cardholder Not Present Payment or Over the Phone Payments
I miss not being able to take over the phone payments like I could in KashFlow:

Apparently, the Stripe API allows Kashflow to provide a payment form for invoices so the KashFlow user can take CNP payments.
The only workaround available, now we are using Xero, is to log in to the Stripe Dashboard and make an 'exceptional' CNP transaction. Not something I would want to encourage.
