    I would like to see something like this:

    A customer in Xero submits a support request to Zendesk, When I open the Zendesk ticket I see all his account information from Xero on the right hand side with links to his most recent invoices. The customer accounts in Zendesk and Xero are linked as well so updating information in one will update information with the other. If I clicked on an invoice it would take me to that invoice and allow me to modify the invoice or complete payment. This would be extremely helpful as customers have questions about invoices we can record the interaction on Zendesk and not have to jump between the two.
