    I'm actively developing https://guestrevenue.com/ which imports Airbnb, booking.com and VRBO bookings into Xero accounts, and is working for lots of customers now (not least my own 3 properties). It correctly breaks down accommodation fees, cleaning fees, service charges etc. so that for most days Xero's automatic bank reconciliation comes up green.
