Currently, Statutory Sick Leave is not included in Xero’s leave reports, making it difficult to obtain a complete and accurate overview of employee leave. Including Statutory Sick Leave as a visible and selectable leave type within leave reports would allow businesses to track statutory absences alongside other leave types in one place. This enhancement would build on Xero’s existing reporting functionality, saving time, reducing the need to review individual employee records, and lowering the risk of errors because at present, this information can only be accessed by opening each employee’s individual Leave tab.
