is there a possibility to connect xero with runmyprocess.com? I am using them now and would hate to get another integration service/

Given the type of product, it doesn't make sense to try and do an integration on the Xero side. Xero does have an API - http://developer.xero.com - which allows developers integrate their product with Xero. I recommend you contact Runmyprocess.com and let them know you would like to see a Xero connector being built.
