Integrate Xero API with Microsoft Flow
Integrate with Microsoft Flow (https://flow.microsoft.com) to enable better integrations into Office 365 and other MS products (similar in many respects to Zapier). The number of potential opportunites for integraiton into the O365 and Microsoft ecosystem.
This was orginally mentioned in Xero Business Community.
Here is one potential scenerio:
Issue an invoice from Xero > Flow grabs the PDF of the invoice and stores to a SharePoint Online Document Library with appropiate MetaData for sharing and Data Loss Prevention rules.
(We're doing the above currently - by CC'ing a shared mailbox on all invoices and running a flow to take the attachments and store them in folders in SharePoint by Year and Month folders) this would be nicer with a direct API integration as it would allow (for example) existing invoices to be captured via API for invoices sent before the email workflow above is put in place.

Integrating the Xero API with Microsoft Flow is a great way to automate your accounting and bookkeeping processes. By using the Xero API, you can create custom workflows that automatically update your financial records in Xero as soon as transactions occur in your other business systems. This can save you a lot of time and hassle, and help you stay compliant with all the latest accounting regulations.
To get started, you'll need to create a new Microsoft Flow account and then add the Xero API to your account. After that, it's just a matter of creating your custom workflows and testing them out. For more information on how to do this, be sure to check out the https://www.orientmct.com/api-development/. Good luck!
Ditto! Looking forward to automated (draft) timesheets, invoicing and backups, please!

Hello, while a Xero developed API is awaited, may I request to check https://www.entegrations.io/ to see if the connector from there suits any of your requirements. Thanks, Ramesh
Yes, please! There are so many things I'd like to do with this and I'd find even more if it was working.

I actually have implemented this using an external developer. The main issue is or was Flow uses OAuth 2.0 & Xero uses OAuth 1.0..
A Xero developed and provided API would be much more convenient.
