Publish the new Xero-Net SDK on NuGet
Replace the current NuGet package for XeroAPI.Net with a new package containing your shiny new SDK.

This SDK is no longer maintained. The new one is located here: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Xero.API.SDK.Minimal/.
It has been updated with the latest functionality.
