The XPM Clients Endpoint does not currently return archived Client records.

This makes it impossible to implement incremental refreshes of Client data.

A Client record that has been archived does not appear in the payload returned when using the modifiedsince filter meaning that an incremental refresh would not update the archived record and would instead leave it as an active client.

It would also assist transparency if all records in the API had a returnable created and modified date column
