1. Create a request function for developer assistance

   It would be great if businesses looking for quotes or assistance could submit requests in a dedicated space where Developer Partners can respond.

   I understand it’s not practical for Xero to run a full marketplace like Upwork, but the old “Find a Developer” forum worked really well for this purpose. It gave businesses a simple way to post requests and receive direct help or service offers directly from developers.

   Having Xero host this kind of feature provides credibility and a sense of security. Even though it’s informal, both businesses and developers benefit from knowing the interaction is associated with the trusted Xero environment.

   Many customers will only consider engaging through Xero, and some even reach out to Xero Support, who then redirect them to partners. Streamlining this process would make it easier for businesses to get help and for developers to respond efficiently.

2. Allow Dev Partner (Custom Integrator) listings to have App Store reviews like apps do.

   This would help prospects choose the partners to reach out to.

   p.s. Looks like a category for "Developer Partner program" is required
