Integrate with Autotask (IT PSA System - www.autotask.com)

Autotask integrates with Quickbooks in the USA which is its biggest market. Autotask is currently gaining a lot of traction around the world as a purely Cloud based IT Management solution for IT Companies worldwide.

It would be great to have the invoicing from Autotask integrated into Xero invoicing the same way it does with Quickbooks.

    My Accounting Toolbox is limited in functionality. They need to step up in their product flexibility and increase their support response time (currently 24 hr response.)

    Our current problem is: Autotask Invoice integration does not link to ITEMS, so when an invoice comes over, it is defaulted to a ledger account. The ledger account is taxed or not taxed by default. All invoices have to be manually processed (tax codes adjusted) in order to send out correct invoices.

    MyAccountingToolbox is not an affordable alternative for a small shop. It would be great if Xero and Autotask could collaborate on a direct integration the way they already do it with QBO.

    Autotask is hands down the best integrated service desk/CRM system we have seen to support a cloud based/managed services IT model. Its experiencing significant global growth & expansion. The ability to integrate Autotask invoicing with Xero's accounting and bank reconciliation capability would be a winner. Using Quickbooks does not interest us at all.
