  1. Paypal transactions into Invoices, properly organizing fee.

    When a transaction comes through paypal it can appear as a new invoice in Xero. The transaction would be sorted with separate line entries for the item sale price, shipping paid, and paypal fees. It would automatically sort these and place them in their correct accounts.

    Have Zuora (https://zuora.com/) integrate with Xero - they provide a billing subscription platform.

    Vote here to be kept up to date with any news on when they might be able to integrate with Xero, but also be sure to let them know you want this if you are a Zuora customer!

    ABillity provides a call rating engine for telecoms and data resellers to calculate customer invoices and generate call and service charge reports. Integration will dramtically cut the time it takes to move data between systems and enable the proper integrated management of support case tickets between systems.

    Hi we are using the API for Simpro, however when invoices pull into Xero from Simpro, nearly all of the information which is shown on the invoice in Simpro is missing when it pulls into Xero.

    Can you please fix this to include at a minimum the description which is shown on the invoice in Simpro, and the job address.

    It would also be nice to show in the invoice history/notes the date the invoice was emailed to the customer, and the address it was sent to.

    Ideally we would also like to have the pdf attachment from Xero pull…

  9. Subscription Billing

    Subscription billing. I need to be able to combine my stripe (or other payments) with repeat-invoicing so that I can store a credit card number for a customer and auto-invoice them each month for payment. I currently have to use freshbooks for this (with Stripe CC processing)... I could eliminate them entirely if xero would do this.

  11. HipChat integration for important events

    We, and a lot of other people, use HipChat to stay up to date with how everything in our site and third party services are running.

    It would be super handy if Xero could send messages to a room in HipChat for certain events like invoice created / paid etc.

  13. Auto apply Late/Service Fees

    We developed an app called Late Fee Manager www.latefeemanager.com currently only works with Intuits QuickBooks desktop and online.
    Is this an app you’d like to see integrate with Xero?
    We were thinking keeping it super simple with three choices:
    1) Late Fee, whole dollar amount $
    2) Service Fee, percentage of balance %
    3) being able to apply both Late/Service Fees or the greater of the two?
    Any thoughts?

  19. Saldoinvoice integration with Xero

    I am using https://saldoinvoice.com for a couple years and I am totally satisfied with this software due to its simplicity and conciseness. I´d like to see its integration with Xero cause my accountant wants me to start using Xero as well - but tried out the mobile app and it can´t even compare to saldoinvoice! I understand that the desktop version is good but that's no good to me when I'm out and about. I just need to have the best of both worlds.
