Employees endpoint: expose more data

Expose other information on Employees endpoint, such as their bank, rate and tax details

    Need to get salary for all employees. Currently this requires a request per employee which isn't suitable for 200+ size accounts

    All data held at the Employee level should be exposed, but we have a particular need right now for Employee Status and Employee Group.

    Please add percentage discount of line items in invoice. We are in desperate need of this field and our business logic will get affected if this does not work
