TriNet is a publicly traded company (ticker: TNET) that provides a comprehensive human resources solution for small to medium-sized companies. We process payroll and benefits through TriNet. It would be wonderful if Xero could import data from TriNet.

Harvest Time Sheet integration
I use Harvest for time sheets because I can keep track of project and task budgets there and that is very important to me. I don't care if we export to Harvest or import to Harvest but the ability to keep track to time in relation to project budget is incredibly important to me.

Integration with ServiceNow
It would be great to to have some integration with ServiceNow (www.servicenow.com). For instance, syncing, or automated creation of new user records within ServiceNow, when a new employee is added in Xero, or the other way around, new users added in ServiceNow automatically sets them up as users on the payroll in Xero. There are many other possibilities as ServiceNow very feature rich.

A payroll solution for offshore jurisdictions such as Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man
I am based in Jersey, so the UK payroll is just not relevant.
I would like to see additional functionality in the global Xero payroll. For example, to be able to set deductions as a % of gross pay. Another example would be to have fixed pay option as it appears to be designed for hourly paid staff.
I would also like to see an add on which would interface with the local employer returns.
If I could develop an add on myself I would, but I wouldn't know where to start.

Integrate with HR software like www.staffsquared.com
Your Payroll + HR integration list only seems to include payroll providers and not HR apps like www.staffsquared.com.
I could see the benefit in linking HR software that tracks time and attendance, with an accounting app like Xero.

Syncronize with the pension schemes listed in HMRC to make easier managing all payrolls and also pension payments, info and or correspondece.
