I have used stafftimer. Their premium account has Podio integration available for time tracking. Especially the real-time monitoring software is very reliable. you can now run project and track time at once.

I have linked Podio and Xero using Zapier. Any sales invoice or bill I enter into Podio, is automatically created in Xero.

Hi - with the status of "Started", does this mean Xero is making a native integration and the discussion of third party apps is just as an interim?

You can do this with LinkLab.io : When a new item is added to a Podio App, write an Invoice in Xero. LinkLab also allows you to add data rules, filters and workflow actions to help build the connection you need.

You could use Zapier in the meantime to link the two.

Please integrate these apps. When using Podio for CRM it would be killer if you could send contacts and invoices for opportunities and projects into Xero.

Apparently they already have thousands of users.

Any progress on this integration?? It would be an absolute game-changer if Podio and Xero communicated.
Is the plan to just take Podio info over to Xero, or is it viable to pull info back to Podio; e.g. automatically show the invoices generated, including status, against a project.

WE are currently using Podio and Xero, and can get work hours and expenses for projects across from Podio to Xero for invoicing by using spreadsheets BUT it would be really groovy if this could happen automatically
