Provide CreatedDateUTC

Provide CreatedDateUTC element so invoices, manual journals etc can be filtered using the new element in similar way like UpdatedDateUTC

    1. Besides created date, can't it be extended to other dates e.g. Date (issue date), DateDue.

    2. Can we have queries like return invoices which were issued after a particular date ?
