Salesforce.com integration
The extremely popular Salesforce.com is a must to integrate with. I assume Xero.com are using Salesforce.com themselves as this forum looks like the Ideas part of Salesforce (??).
There are now two Xero Add-on available that integrate Salesforce.com with Xero:
Dime: http://dimeforcrm.com/
OneSaaS: http://www.onesaas.com/integrate/salesforce-with-xero
OneSaas have provided a promo code: XEROFORCE
The code will give OneSaas SalesForce to Xero customers a free 3 months on the OneSaas Financial Management – Premium Plan

There's another app that syncs Xero to Salesforce - Breadwinner.
One of the commenters, gabbs / Francis Pindar talks about how the real need is to sync invoices, not contacts, and that's exactly what we focus on. All of the Xero invoices are automatically imported into Salesforce and matched to the account automatically. We're very proud of our app, so please check it out at breadwinnerhq.com

I would love for Xero to integrate with SF Group Edition.

Things I would love to see featured in an invoice integration are: (1) Field mapping, so that you can define what field goes to what area of the xero invoicing (including tracking info!) (2) Transfer to Xero the invoices automatically following the product scheduling in Salesforce. Fingers crossed!

"Waiting on popularity" I think is a bad move in this case... I've had three clients not go with Xero and go/stay with sage because of exactly that. Their basic argument being whats the point of just syncing contacts when its the invoices/quotes you want in Xero... because that's exactly what it needs to do. Its like having a powerboat with no engine. So your never really going to see many people adopting it unless they already have Xero accounts.

Right now, I'm using both Shopify and Salesforce. Would love to be able to import orders from Shopify into Xero and have it automatically create contacts/accounts within Salesforce.

Would be great to be able to have each client's invoice automatically added to the corresponding account in SF. If there is no account under the clients name, then import the PDF into a new tab and let SF users add manually. Same as what the Absolute Automation app by ihance.com does with new SF contacts - http://www.ihance.com/flash/product/aav2/AbsoluteAutomation.html (watch 00:53 into the video).
