Add Paging on Repeating Invoices Endpoint
Currently paging is not available on the repeating invoices API call. We have a client who has too many repeating invoices for Xero to return, and without paging there is nothing we can do to get the repeating invoices data out of Xero's API.

An Update > Xero have changed something, and we can now pull far more repeating invoices than we used to. One of our app users has over 10,000 repeating invoices and we can now pull all of these through the API! (Although these repeating invoices don't have large numbers of lines). So overall, paging is not really needed now.
