different templates for quotes and Invoices
Usually my quotes and Tax invoices have different information. In the quotes is always useful to include some basic terms. In the Tax invoice only payment info.
Every time I need to send a quote I need to change the invoice settings which is time consuming.

that would be nice. one easy solution would be to have an pricelist item called terms and type all your terms into that. then you could easily add them to the end of any invoice. however last time i tried that xero wouldn't allow an invoice line with zero value (not sure why). so i ended up having one line with $+1 and one line with $-1 which cancel each other out
