This is available in Web Interface, but API does not have any documentation on it.

    Agree, the functionality exists via the portal so it should be little effort to expose it via the API.

    Software I'm making for a client can create purchase orders, which is great - but it's unable to send it to clients, which it really needs to be able to do.
