Query exchange rate through the API
The exchange rates are automatically calculated in Xero and not available for query. I want to use the same exchange rates in a third-party software (otherwise the reported money amounts will not match), so I need a way to query the exchange rates that were valid on a certain invoice date.

we need this because we have client that need to see the invoice from different countries, hence different currencies

This is pretty important to me for the same reason other people are giving - I'm realising income from different currencies into Xero on the day the income is received (or at least planning to!) and need to use the same exchange rate that Xero will use in external reporting as well so the numbers line up.

This feature is very Important to Our Integration. Especially multi-tenant integrations that operate in different currencies and need to be consolidated back to a single reporting currency. Please - Please Xero - can we have Exchange rate data available in the API
