Credit notes: enable file attachments
Enable attachments on credit notes - support the files functionality in Xero via the API so files can be attached to credit notes in Xero.

Our application captures scanned documents, extracts the information from each page, and then organizes the data and documents for migration to other systems, including Xero. We recently implemented the ability to push Credit Note information to Xero; however, we are unable to attach the associated document, as that functionality doesn’t exist in Xero.Net. We have a few customers who none too happy about this, as they can now apparently upload Credit Note attachments via the Xero web app. We really need this capability added to the API and to Xero.Net.
