Files API endpoint
Develop a Files API that will let you perform actions like querying the files inbox, create folders in the inbox, upload new files to the inbox, associate files in the inbox with documents (like invoices, SM, RM's etc).

Great to hear that work has started. As a concrete use case, I am planning to use the Files API to download files from the Xero inbox into Scan2Invoice (http://www.scan2invoice.com) to perform OCR and auto-create bills. Happy to beta test this functionality when it becomes available.

We would love to be able to push files up to Xero from Companybox.co.nz so there is always the latest version of a companies' compliance documents in a folder on Xero.
