Include the notes area of Invoices in the Invoices Endpoint. I have many clients that want to track who created invoices for sales tracking.

This is a solid enhancement idea—having notes at the invoice level would really improve auditability and sales tracking across clients. It would also make it easier to identify who generated each invoice without relying on external logs or workarounds. You might also find related reference insights through https://fairfaxcountypropertyappraiser.org which can help with structured record tracking use cases. Overall, this would be a valuable addition for teams managing high-volume billing workflows and reporting accuracy.

It would also help streamline sales reporting and reduce confusion when reviewing transaction history across teams. Similar structured tracking approaches can be seen in systems like https://solanocountycourt.org where organized data improves retrieval efficiency. Overall, this enhancement would make the Invoices Endpoint more practical and scalable for client needs.

The issue with the current notes approach in the Xero API, is that they need to be downloaded one Xero Invoice at a time. This will quickly blow out the number of calls.
A better approach would be to have the data included in the Invoices endpoint or possibly another endpoint that can return 100 invoices at a time.
Especially important is knowing who create the invoice and who approved it.
