  1. Add more objects to Zapier

    You've already created an app on Zapier, well done. But the app is very limited (Invoices, etc). Please add more object types. If most of your object types were there, we could integrate much easier with Xero. And Xero's technical cred would increase dramatically if the ease of moving Journals, Payments, etc were simply creating new Zaps.

  2. Update Xero Projects API endpoint to Include estimated costs

    The Xero Projects API / Projects endpoint include an estimate field that provides the estimated revenue.

    It would be good to add an additional estimateCosts field to provide the estimated cost so as to be able to calculate margin for a given project.

  3. Create an API for the Expenses by supplier report

    We would like xero to build an API to extract the report called "Expenses by supplier". Currently to extract spend by supplier we have to extract all payments and bills and build this back up ourselves.

  4. Add Expenses endpoint to the Projects API

    The Projects module of Xero allows you to capture expenses. However, this data cannot be retrieved from any endpoint.

    It would be good if an Expenses endpoint was added to provide the list of expenses add to projects (including estimate cost and revenue information).

  5. budget upload to Xero API

    It would be great to have an budget upload API.
    I'm using G-Accon to push data in Xero, it would be great to be able to push budgets too.
    Currently, Xero's budget manager is a bit rigid in its layout. However with G-Accon I could use a custom layout, or for example narrow down for a departmental budget, and then push to Xero.

  6. Send Remittance Advice via API

    I would love to be able to send a remittance advice via API. There are a couple of scenarios where this is would be useful:
    1. Monitoring the bank feed for reconciled payments and sending the Remittance ass appropriate
    2. Generating a payment file from a list of invoices that are being paid and sending the remittance as appropriate

  7. Practice manager - Ability to update task time allocations via API

    The ability to add Job allocation and staff allocation times into a job in Xero Practice manager via the API.

  8. Add an API endpoint for starting and stopping project timers, and getting the current time

    There are currently endpoints for adding time logging to Xero, but not for interacting with the running timers.

    It would be really helpful to be able to do this, so that I (and others) could have external tools (in my case a StreamDeck) able to start and stop timers.

    I would also like to be able to request information on what the timer is currently on in order to get live feedback.

  9. Apply Branding Theme to Prepayment via API.

    So we collect a lot of prepayments in our work, and those require a customized branding theme to act as a receipt as they are unlike the regular invoice payments.

    Hopefully in future, there will be a way to apply a branding theme to a specific PrepaymentID via the API too.

    Provide superannuation payments data through an API - to represent what is available in the superannuation payments report currently.

    This would also need an employee Id - currently only shows the employee name.

  12. create a way to enter comments through API in the discuss tab in Xero when reconciling

    I'd like to build an automation to enter various comments (of my choosing) in the discuss tab in Xero depending upon what the AI finds in the transaction. The current APIs don't allow for comments to be entered in the discuss tab in Xero.

  13. Email stopped coming in Organisation Payload and broke my Integration

    This is not a suggestion is a petition.

    The payload of the organisation used to bring the email set up in the organisation itself, until 1 week ago that broke my integration,
    My integration serves invoices to the Costa Rican Government IRS and is broken at the moment, had to set up a default/dummy email on the part of the invoice that says who emits the Invoice and there will be issues with people not accepting Invoices due to the default email.

    The customers of my customer will get their Invoices not accepted and those are >10k Invoices.

    Is it possible to filter by lasted edited? I would like to exclude data that was last edited by the System and only data that was edited by a xero user

    Hi Team,
    Can you please provide an API to get Login History of all users.

    The data is already available in Xero's Dashboard but there is no API associated for the same.

    It will help us to track our users in more better way.

  17. Offer the Account Transactions report as an ODBC table

    I would like to be able to select a table in the ODBC connection that is the same as the Account Transactions report. This allows me to create financial statements and analysis based upon the full 'general ledger' of a company's transactions data set.

  19. how can i send purchase order to xero via api in c#?

    I am using XeroApi.dll, v1.1.0.33 SDK for OAuth and send Invoices to Xero with same SDK. But i can't find purchase order endpoint to create it.
