Integrate Xero API with Microsoft Flow
Integrate with Microsoft Flow (https://flow.microsoft.com) to enable better integrations into Office 365 and other MS products (similar in many respects to Zapier). The number of potential opportunites for integraiton into the O365 and Microsoft ecosystem.

Zapier Integration Invoice Data contains issuing OrganisationId and/or ShortCode
I service more than one organisaation and when I use Zapier on a new sales invoice I get everything I need for a new invoice about the customer (payer) contact but nothing about the issuer (payee). Identifying the issuer by name, ID, ShortCode or any other unique identifier would be really helpful.

Intergrate bills entered in Xero to Workflowmax
It would be a major time-saver if we could pull bills entered in Xero directly into Workflowmax. This would allow us to pull our billable expenses from Xero into jobs in Workflow for invoicing purposes. Our business invoices on a cost plus margin basis in Workflowmax, therefore we only invoice on actual costs received. This means each month we have to manually enter 500-1000 individual costs into Workflowmax. This is becoming unsustainable for us.

Opening Expenses API to work with ApprovalMax
The expenses approval settings within Xero is too basic and unable to satisfy real world needs. I try to use ApprovalMax and was advised that Xero Expenses API are not yet open to them although they are planning to add this in their product.
I would like to see this be added ASAP so I can introduce my clients who need an elaborated approval process to use Xero Expenses

Cardholder Not Present Payment or Over the Phone Payments
I miss not being able to take over the phone payments like I could in KashFlow:

Apparently, the Stripe API allows Kashflow to provide a payment form for invoices so the KashFlow user can take CNP payments.
The only workaround available, now we are using Xero, is to log in to the Stripe Dashboard and make an 'exceptional' CNP transaction. Not something I would want to encourage.1 vote -

We want to use Moneris for receiving payments, and adding this pay function with our current set up account would save the hassle of managing multiple payment 'gateways'

Google calendar time integration with Xero Projects
I'm encouraging my clients to use Xero Projects to better understand profitability by job/client. It would be great to get an input feed from Google calendar (much like a bank feed) that would allow them to allocate their time to projects.
Currently the biggest form of resistance is not wanting yet another task of time tracking.

Google Data Studio Integration
Power BI integration does not work, nor is there adequate support from the vendor without a steep payment. The interface is also slow and clunky. Google Data Studio provides a more visually appealing interface and it just works. The ability to pull in data from Xero would be awesome.

Export general ledger to CaseWare to allow for my accountant to build financial statements from my bookkeeping with Xero
To reduce the time my accountant has to handle my books, by reposting summary into their accounting software for financial statements at year. have the GL export to the software as SAGE currently does.

Integration with ServiceNow
It would be great to to have some integration with ServiceNow (www.servicenow.com). For instance, syncing, or automated creation of new user records within ServiceNow, when a new employee is added in Xero, or the other way around, new users added in ServiceNow automatically sets them up as users on the payroll in Xero. There are many other possibilities as ServiceNow very feature rich.

SEPA integration
26 countries in Europe have adopted SEPA for cashless payments. Bringing SEPA integration to Xero (batch) payments would remove a major hurdle to the wider adoption of Xero in Europe. With 500 million people an interesting market. Coders arise!
