Most user-friendly, xero-like UI we've found. Be awesome to integrate into invoicing.

duplicate repeating transactions
It would be great if you could duplicate a repeating transaction with one click, rather than having to copy an existing one, change the customer, change the dates etc... Simple ! Hit duplicate, the email message, content and dates all stay the same (but can be modified if required)

New forum please for native Xero platform ideas
Create a new forum in uservoice (this service) for ideas to improve the existing Xero offering itself. There are only forums for the API (developers) and integrations with other programs. Where can users vote for ideas to improve Xero itself?!

Why can't you just build time tracking into Xero?
Ok, so there a few other applications (WorkFlowMax, MinuteDock etc) that play nicely with Xero for time time tracking - but I believe this should be an integrated part of the software anyway like in Freshbooks. All those in favour say....
4 votesThanks for everyone’s interest in this.
Xero does not currently have any plans to provide time tracking functionality within our application – the dfference between billing application such as Freshbooks and Xero is that Xero is a full accounts system – we want to concentrate on this and leave things like job and time tracking to applications that specialise in that space. We now have lots that does this type of thing, I would encourage you to check out our time tracking Add-ons: http://www.xero.com/advisors/solutions/timetracking/
We never say never though, so if you still want to see this in Xero, keep letting us know – we have a recently launched feature requests forum for the main application that is the best place to discuss: https://community.xero.com/business/topic/23/

integrate with PayPal Check Capture
PayPal check capture allows scanned checks to be directly deposited in PayPal. Would like the images of the check along with other relevant PayPal transaction info to be accessible from within Xero when these accounts are connected.

Integrate with iTunes
I sell iPhone apps and get daily reports. It would be useful if these details could be fed into Xero with tracking codes to make my financials really tidy.

UK Postcode Lookup (CraftyClicks)
Add postcode lookup/address finder to address forms to speed up new address entry.
On every address form you enter a UK postcode, click and select a full address from a list.
Two benefits:
1. speed of entry for new contacts/customers
2. data quality - no incorrect addresses captured.11 votes -
