Read receipt on emails sent
Essential to get a read receipt on invoices sent in Xero.. A date stamp of when the recipient received/ read email would stop all Hesitation when customer said they didn't get it.
Not good enough to have date stamp of when sent.

Import Invoices in Foreign Currencies using your Import Template
We are trading in multiple currencies, and unless we can import invoices in a foreign currency, the time overhead in xero (manually changing each draft invoice) will be way too onerous. This or the ability to update the currency field of multiple draft invoices at the same time is vital!

Wesabe integration
My bank does not offer any statement download of any kind outside of Quickbooks integration ... I've been using Wesabe to generate statements. For some freaking reason Wesabe can access a read-only RSS feed of all my accounts.
Integrate with Wesabe or do whatever the hell they are doing to access my account data and you solve the auto statement download issue for every single U.S. customer.

Native support for UK open-banking (Pay by Bank) payment providers on invoices, with auto-reconciliation
UK businesses increasingly want to offer Pay by Bank / open-banking (A2A) payments on their Xero invoices to cut card fees and get settled via Faster Payments in seconds but adding these providers as a first-class "payment service" on invoice templates is still clunky compared to Stripe/GoCardless.
Two things would make a big difference for UK users and integrators:
Easier onboarding of open-banking PISP providers as a selectable payment service (the Pay Now button), on par with the existing card/direct-debit options.
Automatic reconciliation of those settled payments back to the originating invoice since A2A payments arrive as a clean bank…

Pushpay integration
Businesses using Pushpay need deposits imported to Xero with the deposit amount and processing fee separated so they can reconcile net funds and record fees accurately.

API access to supplier-bill approval status and actions
As we are aware, supplier invoices can already be uploaded directly into Xero, sent via a dedicated Xero email address for a specific organization, or published through integrated applications such as Dext. Once the invoices are received in Xero, they still need to go through an approval process, often using third-party solutions like ApprovalMax.
As a suggestion, it would be beneficial if Xero could develop a dedicated, user-friendly invoice approval application within the Xero ecosystem. This would allow approvers to review and approve bills directly in Xero rather than relying on external approval platforms.

Quick fix. Default the cursor to be in the box where you enter the 2FA code so mouse is not needed to click into the field.

Integrate with Hatz AI directly
We use Hatz and are encouraging our users to jump onboard as well. Not many of them use Xero, but we're pushing as many as we can to do so. it would be great to have a direct integration with Hatz for pulling information. I've requested it on the Hatz side as well. Thanks!
