Create API to get VAT return

I would like to see how much has been calculated to 'pay to customs' for the current period. The same value seen in the current VAT report.

    We are integrating with multiple accounting solutions including freeagent. In order to expand our customer reach, we are also planning to integrate with xero. Hence this is a critical requirement.
