Grant the Bank Statement report scope (accounting.reports.bankstatement.read) to private apps
The Bank Statement report (GET /Reports/BankStatement) already exists, but its scope accounting.reports.bankstatement.read is gated. Please make this read-only scope available to private apps that access only their own connected organisation's data.
