Inventory item transaction ledger + as-at valuation
The Items endpoint only exposes a current snapshot (QuantityOnHand, TotalCostPool). Please add: (1) a GET on item transactions per item, every movement (purchase, sale, adjustment, transfer) with date, source document, quantity in/out, unit cost and value; (2) opening and closing quantity + value for a supplied date range, enabling period reports and as-at valuation.
