Expose cash-basis Journals (payment-date GST) via the API
/Journals is accrual-only, so cash-basis GST can't be reconstructed from the API. Please expose the underlying cash-basis data either a cash-basis variant/flag on the Journals feed, or payment-allocation data: each payment traced to its source document with GST apportioned by the paid fraction, including credit-note allocations, prepayments/overpayments and "show on cash basis" manual journals.
