Recurring Direct Debit Invoices
I would like to see a way that automatic recurring billing merchants (monthly/weekly direct debit payments) such as eWay, EziDebit, PinPayments, etc could integrate with the Xero invoicing platform.
This is how I think it should work. (using a monthly payment as example)
- Client registers recurring billing with Payment Merchant (eWay, etc)
- First payment comes out of clients credit card/bank account
- Data is then send to linked Xero account, where an invoice is raised, marked as paid and payment receipt sent to client from Xero.
- Every Month (or payment period), the process repeats.

CoinDesk or BitPay Payment Integrations with Subscription Support
I have numerous customers that would be willing to pay us via BTC. Integration with CoinDesk or even BitPay would be awesome feature for me for sure!! If you are weiry of BTC, they can exchange to USD instantly if preferred. 0 risk for the naysayers out there. Just too many features to gain to list here!
Either solution should be able to integration VERY easily as they both have GREAT API'S behind them!

HipChat integration for important events
We, and a lot of other people, use HipChat to stay up to date with how everything in our site and third party services are running.
It would be super handy if Xero could send messages to a room in HipChat for certain events like invoice created / paid etc.

We have a mutaul client who uses us Valiant Payroll for their payroll and would like an integration between us for their GL. How do we go about getting this integration started?

CashNet integration to make Xero the default academic accounting software
CashNet (by HigherOne) integration but would be a major boon if Xero integrated with it as so many universities across the US use it for taking payments both from students and also for merch, travel fees, and so much more. It hooks into departmental ledgers and chart strings but Xero wouldn't have to deal with any of that. Just five lines of POST data.

Linnworks
I would like to see integration with Linnworks by Linn Systems. I use it to manage my inventory and multichannel sales.
I have looked at others but have not found anything that supports multiple currency, multiple eBay accounts, Amazon Europe accounts and countless other Marketplace and Shopping Cart account - all for starting package of under £50!
I need this integration to pull in my Amazon sales from all sites. I currently use OneSaaS for eBay and BigCommerce transactions but OneSaaS does not offer Amazon integration.
So please think about this integration.

Product images (jpeg) in my invoices. sell artworks and industry standard is to have the product details and a pic (in my case a painting).
Id like to see the ability to upload a specific image into a invoice. I sell art and it is appropriate to have a pic of the purchased artwork on the invoice. Text alone is not good enough.

Auto apply Late/Service Fees
We developed an app called Late Fee Manager www.latefeemanager.com currently only works with Intuits QuickBooks desktop and online.
Is this an app you’d like to see integrate with Xero?
We were thinking keeping it super simple with three choices:
1) Late Fee, whole dollar amount $
2) Service Fee, percentage of balance %
3) being able to apply both Late/Service Fees or the greater of the two?
Any thoughts?

Subscription Billing
Subscription billing. I need to be able to combine my stripe (or other payments) with repeat-invoicing so that I can store a credit card number for a customer and auto-invoice them each month for payment. I currently have to use freshbooks for this (with Stripe CC processing)... I could eliminate them entirely if xero would do this.

Auto InTouch
A client we have would like to transfer on Xero, but the stock system they are using is Auto InTouch. We would love to get them onto Xero, but without it being able to integrate with their stock sytem, it seems unlikely we shall be able to convince them to change.
