  1. Vendor Bill Approval Routing Process

    My company uses Xero for our financials, but one big issue we have found is within the approval process. There is no notifications, multi-level approvals, or approval routing. This is quite frustrating, see these conversations in the Xero Community:

    As you can see this is a big functionality gap with many requests.

    Ideally, the Accounts Payable associate would create a Vendor Bill in Xero, the API & external application would route the Vendor Bill for approval (according to some workflow rules), and upon approval (Webapp, Mobile app, email, etc) from the managers,…

  6. an add on to handle cash flow management.

    Expected payment dates good in accounts payable but need an add on to help small business cashflow. At the moment we export this info to a spreadsheet and do it manualy. This would complete the picture!....for now. Cheers,

  7. Dove POS integration with Xero

    Have Dove POS (http://www.dovepos.com/) integrate with Xero - they provide a Point of Sale application for florist shop. Vote here to be kept up to date with any news on when they might be able to integrate with Xero, but also be sure to let them know you want this if you are a Dove POS customer!

    Have GivenGain (http://www.givengain.com/) integrate with Xero - they provide an online fundraising application. Vote here to be kept up to date with any news on when they might be able to integrate with Xero, but also be sure to let them know you want this if you are a GivenGain customer!

  20. Extend the API as this would enable many of the integrations requested here

    e.g. Cannot yet add repeating invoices via the API. This means I take customer details on the phone and then rekey into Xero as there is no API for this.
