  1. Ledger for particular account shows corresponding Accounts

    Existing General ledger report gives understanding Summary/detailed Dr and Cr amounts but it does not tell you which Accounts are involved in transactions. Ability to create Summary Ledger for particular Account that shows correspondence with Accounts according recorded transactions. It is very useful to find mistakes if your allocations were wrong. For example, when you created bill and mistakenly choose wrong GST type or expense Account. Another good reason for monthly/quarterly reconciliation AR/AP. For example, creating AR ledger you will see aggregate or detailed amounts of Bank/Cash accounts, GST and Customer deposits. If you made mistake when you reconcile bank…

  3. Add the "Analysis Code" field to the Bank Statement report end point

    The bank statement report API works great. For each bank line it has the date, amount, particulars, code and reference fields, however the "Analysis Code" field is not available, although it is available via the normal Xero interface on the Bank Statement view. Sometimes this field contains important transaction identifying information. Please make this available via the Report API.

  5. report

    I would like the Receivable Invoice Detail report exposed to the API, if possible. Right now I have to generate the report (with some custom settings) and export it in order to copy over sales data on specific SKUs to our custom system so we can do some analysis on those items. This is all a manual process, and it would be so much nicer to be able to automate it to run as a daily task that uses the API. Thanks for your help!

  6. Add Income By Contact to Reports API endpoint

    It would be extremely useful to us, if the Income By Contact report were to be requestable through the API.

  7. fix the Balance Sheet report via the API to support periods and timeframe

    You have recently completed "fix the Profit and Loss report via the API to support periods and timeframe", but not for Balance Sheet.

    This means can't do weekly cashflow reporting as balance sheet items are end of the month only which defeats the purpose of the P&L fix as need to balance this across to the balance sheet.

    Should be able to do as at any date.

    BUT can do this report via the Xero Reports in Xero. Needs to be consistent.

  8. Get a Summary Tracked item sales report for a period

    Currently the "Inventory Item Details" report shows all the sales per item, but very difficult to work with. Can you please incorporate a Slaes for the period column in the "Inventory Items Summary"
