Supercontrol
Supercontrol is a rapidly expanding software for holiday letting and holiday property management companies. There is a huge gap in market here for an intergrated accounts and bookings package. At present we bank deposit and balance payments from customers booking the cottages, work out by deducting the letting companies fees VAT etc and then making a payment to the cottage owner. This is done manually. Also being able to charge back items such as cleaning etc to the cottage owner. Supercontrol has no way of linking to Zero so a human interface is needed to prepare the list of payments…

Gmail Add on for expenses
I get most of my receipts through Gmail, and I always label them as such, and then go into Xero to add them in. But I'd love to be able to add them in as expenses, right from Gmail. (I assume others get their receipts through Gmail).
With other add-ons, I've seen other drop-downs added to the top bar, so I would imagine it would follow a similar flow with what I think are the four most imporant fields
"Add Receipt --> From --> Account --> Total"
I understand there would be a privacy issue, but I imagine there could…

Traffic Live integration with Xero
Have Traffic LIVE (http://trafficlive.com/) integrate with Xero - they provide a studio/project management, time recording and scheduling for creative business. Vote here to be kept up to date with any news on when they might be able to integrate with Xero, but also be sure to let them know you want this if you are a Traffic LIVE customer!

Why can't you just build time tracking into Xero?
Ok, so there a few other applications (WorkFlowMax, MinuteDock etc) that play nicely with Xero for time time tracking - but I believe this should be an integrated part of the software anyway like in Freshbooks. All those in favour say....

Xero does not currently have any plans to provide time tracking functionality within our application – the dfference between billing application such as Freshbooks and Xero is that Xero is a full accounts system – we want to concentrate on this and leave things like job and time tracking to applications that specialise in that space.We now have lots that does this type of thing, I would encourage you to check out our time tracking Add-ons: http://www.xero.com/advisors/solutions/timetracking/

Add CSV import for time tracking
I use a great little OSX menu bar app called Minco (celmaro.com) that outputs my timesheets in .CSV. There's lots of other time tracking apps exporting to .CSV. Would be great to just import timesheet data using tags to manage invoice number, client, etc

Integrate with Miva
Could we please have an integration with Miva Merchant. It's a very popular ecommerce "shopping cart" system, which would definitely convince me to move my other business across to Xero.

Opening Expenses API to work with ApprovalMax
The expenses approval settings within Xero is too basic and unable to satisfy real world needs. I try to use ApprovalMax and was advised that Xero Expenses API are not yet open to them although they are planning to add this in their product.
I would like to see this be added ASAP so I can introduce my clients who need an elaborated approval process to use Xero Expenses

Google calendar time integration with Xero Projects
I'm encouraging my clients to use Xero Projects to better understand profitability by job/client. It would be great to get an input feed from Google calendar (much like a bank feed) that would allow them to allocate their time to projects.
Currently the biggest form of resistance is not wanting yet another task of time tracking.

Integration with ServiceNow
It would be great to to have some integration with ServiceNow (www.servicenow.com). For instance, syncing, or automated creation of new user records within ServiceNow, when a new employee is added in Xero, or the other way around, new users added in ServiceNow automatically sets them up as users on the payroll in Xero. There are many other possibilities as ServiceNow very feature rich.

MS Access database intergration with zero
Have storage business and would be good to be able have integration between my Access database for clients and Zero contacts. eg. specific storage location numbers.
