Customer Credit Limits available via API
Xero has finally released a "Credit Limit" facility for Customer accounts. Please can you make this available through the API?.

We use to run with Reviso where the API for customer credit limits was available and standard - we was told to swop to Xero at it will be working better in all aspects, but apparently not? - please set up that simpel API for customer credit limit ASAP.

This is a key feature for us. We are really struggling without credit limit alerts. A prompt implementation would be greatly appreciated.

This is critical for our growth. Is there a timeline for this?

We are struggling enourmously with this, in these times of uncertainty we are letting orders go to customers that are in financial difficulty and might not be able to pay us thus putting our business in jeopardy, just because the information that is on Xero to be collected is not passed on to our stock control program. We moved from Sage 50 to Xero to have a more streamlined and online accounting program but i am now considering coming back to sage because Xero don't want to share API data that would make their program so much better.

Critical requirement for us, crazy that this is not exposed on API

Understanding the credit available from the customer is critical for us to receive through the API because we are integrating with xero our business strategy application. It is important for all members using all pieces of software to understand the customer credit limit.

This is a key feature for us and we really need this feature. Please consider including this.

This feature will certainly help us. Without it we currently have to resort to looking at numerous ways to process orders accurately, effectively.

Hi, Any new information on this.
Being able to draw the Credit Limits out of Xero via the API is so important I have Customers who were happy with Xero now talking about other applications.
Are you considering this (what seems like quite an easy change to make) or just ignoring these requests?

Need to be able to show the current credit status of a Customer in our software and without their Credit Limit we cant do this effectively.
I have quite a few customers who have moved from SAGE Line 50 where this was available and it is now causing them problems. Could really do with getting this added. -

We need to implement credit limit alerts in our ERP which connects with Xero, and there is no way to do this automatically until this field is added to the API.

Totally agreed, we want to build various client integrations but all of them require us to be able to pull the credit limit for an account. If you add this you will gain a lot of new clients.

Please allow this. It would be great to know how unleashed is managing this.

Please can you implement this via the API asap - I am having a hard time explaining to my Customers why they should keep Credit Limits up to date in two separate apps when they can see other information is being pulled automatically.
Even more so because it seems like such an odd field to omit in the first place.
A prompt implementation would be greatly appreciated.

This has come up a few time with clients now. Unleashed Inventory appears to support updating and checking the credit limits in their Xero add-on - how do they do it?

Fully agree. If this was available via the API we would move over to Xero for our main company. We currently don't want to move to Xero for this very reason. Using Xero satisfactorily on other companies.
