Toggle Notifications via API
Provide ability to turn off invoice reminder notifications for specific customers via the API.
Failing this, provide a way to set up notification rules so certain patterns of customers aren't notified of follow ups.

Expose Additional Contacts - First Name, Last Name, Email address
Can we please have the ability to view all additional contacts, first name, last name and email address, if we use the GET request to pull ALL contacts.
At the moment this is only viewable, by looking up individual contacts which can quickly use up API calls which I need for the other applications of my web app.

Be Able To Get Customer Credit Rating Through The API
Given that credit ratings can now be shown for customers in the main application I would like to suggest that the credit rating, even as a number or as a descriptor (matching the rating gauge in the main interface, be made available through the API in the contact payload data so that when viewing customer data through the API the credit rating can be seen as well.

add the ability to hide empty fields for clients
When in the Client view, it would be helpful if you could opt to only show fields containing data.
With the ability to enter a large variety of data fields, the page is quite long, however, for many clients a limited number of fields actually contain data.
If the view could be minimised to only show the fields that actually contain data, the page would be shorter and easier to see the information at a glance without the need to scroll through the page.1 vote -
Can we have the old feature of the A-Z tabs at the top when searching for contacts?
We used to have A-Z tabs on the top of the window to enable us to search for a contact. Could this feature be re-enabled as currently we cannot browse the contacts - we have to type in a name.

Fix the Contact creation API to fail when PUT-ing a duplicate contact that has been archived
Currently (Jan 2016, API 2.0) using the API to PUT a new contact fails when its email is in use by an existing contact - as would be expected.
However, if the contact that has the duplicate is archived, the PUT will SUCCEED, returning a new contact ID and everything. However, the new contact will not actually be added. This can be done repeatedly, each time "generating" a new contact ID.
Given this, there is no way to ensure that a given contact has been added via the API before attempting to, for example, create a new Invoice via the…

reminder
Optimise the collection process by having an automatic 'reminder' date (day/week) or a manual action to remind you to follow up outstanding account for payment. A calendar format to set action / follow update. Perhaps integrate with MS Outlook to include email attachments for follow up action.

Show payments in the Contacts suppliers
I would love to see the payments made against a supplier in the contacts.
ie: date of payment and amount. Then be able to drill down and see what invoices were paid.
