  1. I would like to be able to do a monthly cash flow projection. I would start with the cash flow from the past 12 months. I would present the average for each line item and give the forecaster the option to increase or decrease the figure for the coming 3 months. It would need some work to break out the revenue figure by account and to give a way to put in a projection for accounts or opportunities yet to be won by the sales team.

  2. Services which are you guys are providing it's awesome , but the documentation which you have provided is not helpful at all . .. documentation should be user friendly and simple so that developers can easily integrate on their site .

  4. Optimise the collection process by having an automatic 'reminder' date (day/week) or a manual action to remind you to follow up outstanding account for payment. A calendar format to set action / follow update. Perhaps integrate with MS Outlook to include email attachments for follow up action.

  5. We have identified an issue where the API response for certain line items is returning only a single LineItemID in scenarios where two distinct IDs are expected (specifically regarding the mapping between a transaction line and its associated tracking category).
This request is to ensure the payload correctly returns both IDs to allow for accurate reconciliation and data mapping in third-party integrations.

  6. Currently, the Journals API returns multiple lines due to Xero's audit trail and change tracking, which is understandable for compliance purposes. However, it would be incredibly helpful if there were a way to programmatically identify and retrieve only the latest active version of a journal entry. This would streamline integrations and reduce the need for additional filtering logic on the client side. A flag or endpoint for "latest active journal" would be a great enhancement!

  7. Currently, the XPM API only allows retrieving client bank account details. There is no way for third‑party apps to create or update these bank account fields through the API.
This limitation means practices need to manually enter bank details after creating a client, which slows down onboarding and reduces the efficiency of integrations.
Please consider adding API support to:
    Create client bank account details
Update existing client bank account details

This would improve workflow automation and give third‑party apps full capability to manage client data.
Thank you for considering this feature.

  8. I love the new cash flow feature, but I would love the option (a tick box that you could turn on and off) to include draft invoices.

When I set up a client we sent 3 invoices. I usually send the first, and make the next two as drafts. But this means these are not included in the cash flow projection.

I would love to be able to see these included or at least an option to choose to see them included.
